I believe in science.
When scientists talk, I listen. That’s how I know that climate change is real. But the Trump administration ignores science, denies climate change, and bows down to Big Oil and Big Coal – by pulling out of the Paris Agreement and shredding rules against poisoning our air and water. This November, we need to elect Democrats in Congress who will fight back.
Harley Rouda, Sean Casten, and Mike Levin are three Democratic House candidates who aren’t just ready to fight climate change – they’re prepared to lead the charge. They’ve stuck their necks out, and that makes them targets of powerful fossil fuel interests. So we need to have their backs.

He will fight to protect California’s shores from coastal drilling, make Southern California a hub of clean energy innovation, and help save our planet. Sean Casten (IL-06), is a scientist who created a company that reduces greenhouse emissions by recycling wasted energy. He is running to unseat a Republican Congressman who called climate change “junk science” in a district that Donald Trump lost by seven points. Fighting climate change has been the cause of Sean Casten’s career, and he knows the ins and outs of how we can create good jobs by promoting clean energy.
AndMike Levin (CA-49), an environmental lawyer and a leader in the clean energy industry, has the experience to help lead us towards a sustainable energy future and fight climate change. He’s running to take back California’s 49th District, where he once handed the retiring Republican congressman, Darrell Issa, a copy of “Global Warming for Dummies” at a town hall.
Harley, Sean, and Mike know that we’ve got to embrace our moral obligation to protect this earth.
